Specialty plastics injection molder of plastic tube fittings and high tolerance injection molded parts, based in Berea, Ohio. Developed and maintain the company’s website (www.jacomfg.com), advertising programs, PR, and product collateral.
Advanced Polymer Coatings
Pioneers in the unique corrosion resistant coatings MarineLine, RailLine and ChemLine, based in Avon, Ohio. Instrumental in developing the company’s identity, website (www.adv-polymer.com), advertising, trade show graphics, product literature and printing.
National Headache Foundation
Chicago-based international nonprofit organization devoted to the study of headaches. Have designed, printed and mailed the NHF newsletter since 1996.

IPD
Industrial parts company specializing in Caterpillar®-replacement parts, based in Torrance, California.

Engelhard
Specialty chemicals and colorants company, based in New Jersey. In an in-house role, directed the advertising and marketing communications for the Pigments & Colorants division, of the former Harshaw Chemical Company.
DayGlo® Color Corporation
The world’s largest fluorescent colorants company, headquartered in Cleveland. A division of RPM. Developed series of advertisements to promote brand equity of DayGlo® name. Created direct mail campaign to promote colors to design community. Developed new corporate identity, and other graphic services.
METALFX Technology Ltd.
Inventors of the innovative metallic printing technology. Helped to launch this innovative metallic printing technology and silver base ink line in North America.

Trench drainage specialists, with U.S. offices in Chardon, Ohio, and world headquarters in Germany. Have provided print management services across a broad range of collateral needs and public relations/case study writing.
Ohio Desk
Northeast Ohio’s premier Steelcase office furniture dealer, based in Cleveland. Wrote and produced the company’s newsletter for 10 years. Also created the company’s first website, as well as numerous collateral pieces.

A Fortune 500 industrial company with worldwide offices, focuses on products for the aerospace and industrial markets. Developed two of the divisions’s aerospace websites, as well as produced collateral literature and graphics support.

In an in-house role, managed the marketing public relations and employee communications, including some unique special events such as a White House $10 million donation tie-in with First Lady Nancy Reagan.

Business and vacation getaway resort in Huron, Ohio. Prepared advertising, flyers, brochures and mailers, and trade show graphics.
GENIE
A leading manufacturer of garage door openers and appliances, in Alliance, Ohio. Developed special dealer communications collateral materials including a newsletter, as well as national public relations campaigns.

Mr. Hobrath is a 1980 graduate of Kent State University, Kent, Ohio, with a degree in Public Relations/Journalism. At Kent State he played on the Varsity tennis team and served as President of Public Relations Student Society of America.

He has served as President and Board Member of the Kent State University National Alumni Association, and is a recipient of the school’s Journalism Alumni Special Achievement Award.

He has been a member of the Public Relations Society of America and the PRSA Counselor’s Academy, as well as the Printing Industries Association of America.
